Um, well my Mom used to do that and also with her hand and belt; never worked I was too used to it. I used to get in trouble all the time, even for half the things my siblings did. My Mom got me to cry the first time after that I developed a high tolerance for pain, but feel free to try. ;)

Ahhh... Looks like I'm gonna have to whack you with pooky then. lol.

He leaves stains now   I don't know if it's because he slept in engine grease, or because no one's given him a bath in awhile, but he leaves pooky shaped stains.

Hey Klainey, what happened to your icon? It's been a broken link blank box past week or so

Was her signature banner a link before? It looks fine to me as far as content.

I mean her icon below her name, like the one you have as a green ghost. Past week or so hers has been a blank square with a broken link symbol

Wow, I'm not sure. It looks that way to me here at work and also at home. I use Chrome in both places. I looked at her profile, and where the icon would be it says [media]. If I right click and copy the URL I get

404 (Page Not Found) Error

404 (Page Not Found) Error

If you're the site owner, one of two things happened:
  • 1) You entered an incorrect URL into your browser's address bar, or
  • 2) You haven't uploaded content.

If you're a visitor and not sure what happened:
  • 1) You entered or copied the URL incorrectly or
  • 2) The link you used to get here is faulty.
  • (It's an excellent idea to let the link owner know.)

Yeah, it's a chrome issue, I use chrome too, and I don't see her icon, but when I use a different browser, it's there.

Klainey's avatar is missing when viewed in Firefox as well. A 404 error is essentially a broken link in this case. It's quite possible it was viewed prior because the image was loaded in cache. She'll have to upload her avatar again.

That's happened to me before. I'd post a photo that showed up in my browser but no one else could see it. If I cleared my cache, then I couldn't see it either

That's exactly the case Vlawde. Once the image file is cleared from the cache on your hard drive, the image file is gone. The cache on your HD speeds up the loading of webpages when you revisit them.

I hear ya. In Chrome, you can select what you want to delete. I don't delete my cookies or saved passwords, I only select cache. Like EVP says, the cache is just saved templates for websites so they load a bit faster. I can't tell the difference in speed before or after myself.

But try accessing the site with another browser if you're paranoid about it. I'm guessing you probably have IE already on your computer, and possibly Firefox
