I agree with the others, it looks like a shadow or reflection on glossy photos, not something in the photo.

The problem I have with that theory is, the shadow on the left is contained behind the bed. In other words, a shadow from something reflected would not be contained. It would be smeared across the photo, right?

I should also point out that there is obvious glare on the upper left side of the photo and that actually is caused from taking a picture of a picture. But that wouldn't create the shadow guy thingie.

And I'm still wondering about the blob on the right side of the picture. It seems to possibly be hovering about the chair and blending into and around the chairs arm. That's just my simple interpretation.

Looks like trouble to me. I'm glad to know that Crysann and her family were only there for a few days.

Maybe it's just me, but I see a dark shadow of the photographer or something else in the room, making the details in the photo the right color and the glare on the photo is washing the  color out, below the red line is the shadow, above the red line is the color being washed out by glare.

Personally, I just see glare and the dark area on the right appears to be a chair.
And like I said, the dark area on the left seems to be contained to the background of the room. And in my opinion, that would make it in the room at the time.

I want to point out that I can see a face next to the baby stroller and the door frame, it looks like a little boy with a bowl-cut hair cut, smiling.

I received that email 7 or 8 months ago... but I can try asking her to scan the pic.
Does Walmart scan pics?

We don't have Walmart here but I would say they do, from their advertising!

You can buy coffins off walmarts website, so I imagine they'd have some sort of image service.

In your garage, just keep it in the shrink wrap, it should stay fresh until you are ready.

Sure would love to see an actual scan of this/these photos. While I really don't know what to make of the shdow on the right (doesn't look like anything, to be honest), the "knife ghost" in the middle of the second picture does intrigue me. It's a shame really that she didn't send in a scanned version. Or taken a higher quality picture.

The "shadow person" on the back wall is the shadow of the baby's pram and the "knife" is the shadow of the lady's hand and arm position. They match up perfectly.
Have to agree on this one. Great observations.

If you don't die within three months of purchasing your coffin, they will give you a free refund. If you die and only use the coffin for several months before becoming a zombie and wandering the earth, you have to pay the restock fee
