Many times my ex gf mentioned that she saw a shadow person standing on my side of the bed watching me sleep and on one occasion she saw one hovering above me while I slept. Any thoughts?

Most shadow people are harmless observers. At least the ones that hang out in my home. But, I've heard ones wearing a hat you have to be wary of, does the one your girlfriend sees wear a chapeau?
