What a day got up at 0730 to get my granddaughter ready for school ( she was sleeping over). :Picture 562:  I noticed she had a fraid shoelace that keeps pulling through her shoe... so I pushed it back in place and burnt the ends that was OK! :wallbash: Until the melted burnt bit flopped onto her shoe. I managed to flick it off, but it then stuck onto the yellow top recycle bin, I tried to flick it off there only to end up with a burnt finger nail. :angry2: Oh well,  I will have a lot of explaining to do when her mother gets home. :innocent0005:

How was the rest of your day?  lol.  Good thinking though and you are a good gramma to take care of it.   I've seen children where the ends of their laces are frayed up to an inch and they have a hard time tying them up.  And if the lace did come out of the eyelet or what even they call that hole, you would never get them back in.   Poor kids.

Started a puzzle today....don't guess too hard you know how long that took me. Now to make the trophy :confused0068: ^_^

Oh, and yes, it rained today :Picture 562:  and forgot to get the washing off the line!

I enjoy puzzles.  I take one good look at the boxtops and it goes under the box bottom and I sort the puzzle from the box.  To have to look at it more than once is cheating.  lol.  I took a look through the puzzle section in the bookstore the other day but nothing their claimed my attention.  1000 pieces are always challenging but where to work it?   I've often thought of buying  one of those rollups (I don't really know what they are called) but you spread it out on your work surface and start putting your puzzle together.  When you are done for the day, you roll it up and stash it for tomorrow.

Puzzles.  Fun stuff.

OK I have given myself a headache and I think the start of vertigo   Need to have a laydown  :yucky:

Ok.  I've been following this.  I know that I read diary somewhere in this but it also seems to be a scrapbook diary which sounds very interesting but I'm with Mac, it's all Greek to me.  Maybe someday.   Sigh.

Posted Image Yes and no! Posted Image I wanted the day, month, year, and time right aligned and in a different font, size, and colour. Followed by the days entry in another font, size, colour, and left aligned! When I open the diary it is in the correct format and I can write in it and save in that format but when I try to reopen it the format is lost and it is all like the date and time :wallbash:

I picked Posted Image siguie's Posted Image and think made him   with all my questions. ^_^ So I thought I would give him a rest Posted Image LOL

Oh no that's easy and oblivious  ... which is what Id probably say if you had given any details other than the oblivious ... perchance

Anywho it sounds like you are either failing to save the formatting data {you call it RTF} OR you are stripping and losing that information when you read it from the file, A classic case for the later is initializing your variables AFTER you read the datta into them

Another possibility is you wrote the whole thang in a stoopid language I told you not to use :wallbash:
