MURIEL'S CHEESY MASHED POTATOES
Potatoes
Butter (or combination of butter and Becel)
KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Product (In a shaker can)
Seasoning (I simply use salt and pepper, but you get to experiment with garlic, chives, etc.)
Boil potatoes in saucepan until they are fork tender.
While they are boiling, combine cheese to taste (1/4 cup or so, more or less to taste) butter (softened), and seasonings in a cake mixer bowl.
Process until smooth and blended.
Drain potatoes and add to bowl.
Process with electric mixer until smooth.
