Thank you everyone with the warm welcomes!!!! I love it here and want to do what I can to keep it a great place!

Pooky's office had to be full of mold....The one thing that gives me the worst allergies :-)

Problem is, those carcasses can range from bugs to alligators... Pooky will eat anything :yucky:

I was trying to rent Pooky a cheap apartment on the other side of town but they insisted on meeting him first.
So I guess we're stuck with our adorable Pooky bear. :huh:

Maybe we can clean him up a bit - well a lot, promise him whatever he wants to be on his best behavior and DO NOT CO SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. We can get Pooky all independent and responsible - or not but man, we have to try something, anything these days!
