0.o no thanks..as an empath it takes constant work to keep my barriers up around emotional traumatic areas. I step into a modern hospital and I feel ill enough. As for the spirit factor Id be cool around them. They probably would like the company.
A Journey into Light and Shadow. A place where the line is blurred between both worlds.
Nothing is as it seems. Shadow doesn't always mean evil and light doesn't always mean divine.

Hmmmm.... are we buying it to just buy it? Or are we gonna renovate it and turn it into a haunted hotel with nightly ghost hunting parties?

Renovation would definitely get the paranormal juice running. We would have to have enough money to pay for multiple renovators, because the spirits would scare them off. Lol then we all would eventually just have to do it ourselves, and everyone would have to watch me run around and look for my hammer, cause ghosts like to take things and hide them from me.

An ancient building with such historical vibrance should be considered a historic landmark. It could be restored into a museum or some other type of public place.
However, it would be a little unnerving to have ghosts from an asylum whispering in you ear, or showing up in the mirrors, of even chasing you through the halls.
