This motion blur with no doubt. I don't see what there's to debate here I've taken thousands and once the lighting isn't that great for my point and shoot or my cellphone it will take longer to expose which means anybody moving in the photo is going to be blurry.There isn't anything here.

I kind of love the photo....Not saying I think it's paranormal but I just LIKE it. Someone mentioned the idea of it possibly being a bride and I think that's a great suggestion. Actually had just recently watched the Shining and Hubby had me look into how much it cost to stay at the Stanley, so I was perusing their website and they do special wedding packages. As was also suggested, a lot of people don't notice what and who are actually around them and end up seeing things in photo's they don't recall.
So many reports of hauntings at the Stanley, this is one that I would love to see actually be a spirit.
