What a day got up at 0730 to get my granddaughter ready for school ( she was sleeping over). :Picture 562:  I noticed she had a fraid shoelace that keeps pulling through her shoe... so I pushed it back in place and burnt the ends that was OK! :wallbash: Until the melted burnt bit flopped onto her shoe. I managed to flick it off, but it then stuck onto the yellow top recycle bin, I tried to flick it off there only to end up with a burnt finger nail. :angry2: Oh well,  I will have a lot of explaining to do when her mother gets home. :innocent0005:

It's all the shoelaces fault, if it hadn't been frayed,  that never would have happened. ;)

LOL Very Cute :) No, but the poor kid told me she was in :cwy: , she was locked in the school toilets calling out for help. When her mother got home we were in hysterics while G daughter retold the story. Poor kid even tried to go under the toilet door.... that is when my laughter stopped; :Picture 562: she had been in my dressing gown all afternoon after her ordeal :confused0068: Now the dressing gown is in the wash!  :verymad:

Sorry to hear about what happened to your GD. Also, what a Bummer, that the sky decided your laundry needed more cleaning.

Thanks, Mac, GD was more upset her mother saw the humour it the incident.

I am now trying to code my own diary using VB. :wallbash: My Diary software I bought stopped working and the developer is not inclined to return my messages :verymad:  I am doing OK coding but now can't seem to understand how to make and code a database storage for it, I don't want to have individual text files all over the place   It is a work in progress and a lot of youtube   I know VB isn't great but java I can't understand. :Picture 562:

Klainey, Everything you just said went right over my head. Seriously, I've no clue about VB, coding, or java. I'm lucky I'm able to do what I can now. When you and siguie start talking, I'm like   Posted Image

Don't worry Mac I am too   but I have written in diaries since I think 1987. I thought great when I bought some diary software. Now the search has stopped on it and it was useful when the kids asked about an occasion or I wanted to look up something. Better than going through manually looking for stuff and I use it for my dream journal. Just feeling lost. :cwy: It looks good, very girlified the diary I've made   Getting it to work is another thing  :wallbash:   Back to youtube talk later :)
