I have increased the resolution by 300% using pixel enlargement software to retain as much detail as possible. Unfortunately, the image is extremely underexposed and the resolution of a postage stamp.

Once I added 1 stop of light to the exposure the image began falling apart and showed signs of major pixilation and the brightness essentially remained unchanged.

1 stop of light = twice as bright as the original

In comparison, I added 2 stops of light to the bottom part of the composite image. This rendered the image virtually unusable and impossible to ascertain an alleged anomaly to be present.

2 stops of light = four times as bright as the original

In such cases, I see it impossible to work with any definite analysis.

A higher resolution and properly exposed image with minimal motion blurring/camera sake is recommended for proper analysis.

Yeah, I don't really have access to a high quality camera...

Your biggest issue here is low light in this image. If you were shooting indoors with a cellphone (assuming) I'd highly recommend using the flash. Unfortunately cellphone flashes are constant light and do not possess any real strength beyond a couple of feet. Speedlights/monolights are a major advantage but fall apart in outdoor environments. Indoors the light bounces off walls, ceiling etc. The inverse square law of light taxes any distances.

I use a speedlight with a fresnel lens for fill light in bird photography and even then it's limited to about 20-30 feet maximum.

Just one final note about flash and comparison. The iPhone 6 has the equivalent to 3 watts of light power, a speedlight approximately 60 watts. My monolight has 650 watts.High end strobes can have 1000+ watts of power.

Yeah, as soon as I hiked up the contrast on it, the faces disappeared.

I should have included this....HotSpot, I'm not shaming your image, I'm just doing my best to analyze with my present skill-set. There will be controversy as there always is in this field. Thanks for posting.

The lamp in the room is outside of the reflection's line of sight. From it's current position I actually measured the distance, it's about 4-5 inches out of the reflection frame.

Nah, it's fine. I was honestly expecting some harsh criticism on the quality, lighting, etc.

Could you include a daytime shot of the area? Maybe that will help.

With the right lighting, I agree with Kristin about two possible face images. But with all the pixelization from the excessive darkness, I feel it would be near impossible to make any real determination.

Hey EVP, what format are you using to post the images? I can't see edited versions.

Edit: @KlaineyGStudy, yeah I know right?

I have a funny feeling the jpg I uploaded has once again expired from an alleged reliable host that has proven now unreliable. I'll check when I get home in a couple of hours to see what can be rectified. It looks like my signature has also been flushed.

@EVP maybe try downloading it as an image, then using the file uploader in the post?

I just came home and the image file I have posted in this thread is fully visible. I just checked with 2 PC's and a tablet. I think while I was using the hotspot  it really was limited in bandwidth so it refused to load the images on my side. Using Paranormal Soup's upload isn't an option. They have a huge limitations is file size. It won't allow much over 15Kb and most of my images are considerably larger. That is why I use a image host instead.

It's possible you weren't able to view the images because you weren't logged in here. I see that frequently. If you require the images to inspect on your local drive, PM me and I'll share a GoogleDrive link so you can download them. Hope this helps HotSpot :)
