A few months ago, I had the brilliant idea of using a Ouija Board. At first nothing happened. It took nearly 20 minutes before anything came along. I ended up in contact with something. I asked it a few questions and it seemed relatively happy to comply. I asked its age, name and if it was a good spirit (in those orders). It responded with 42, Roderick and nothing else. It would refuse to answer the third question.
I kept talking with 'him' for quite some time until about midnight, when I began to feel drowsy. I had no idea that there were any rules associated with a Ouija board, so eventually I got bored and asked if it would "give me a sign that it was real". It said it would and moments later I heard a loud crack type noise from my wardrobe. I've been in that wardrobe many times to clean, etc and it only makes this noise when weight is put on it.
Usually when I get to this part of the story, my friends tell me that "ghosts don't answer questions about their names" and "your just imagining it because...". Wether or not this is true, I have no idea, I'm just telling my story. Anyway, I got pretty freaked out with this and quickly departed. (Yes I said goodbye). Fast foward a few nights and I used it again, and again I talked to 'Roderick'. This time my dog was in the room with me and he wouldn't move his gaze off of the wardrobe. Again this freaked me out so I left as quick as I could.
A few weeks later, I was with a friend and he told me that if we added some crystals and blood (yes I know) to the board, that we would be safer and have better luck finding spirits. He added some Quartz and other rocks around the ouija board and then my blood. After a while of searching we came into contact with a spirit. When I asked its name it said Roderick. I freaked out and basically left ASAP. I am no longer in contact with that friend as shortly after I realised he was some sort of satan worshipper... i did some googling (probably not reliable) and found that apparently if you use blood it can have any spirit find you if they remember you, etc.
Fast foward to the present day. Things keep going missing. First it was my Guitar Capo, which vanished into thin air and then appeared on my bed moments later. Clothes, plates, cups, batteries, computer parts, remotes all go missing everyday. Obviously I dont believe all of these were from 'Roderick' or whatever the hell this is, but it's so blatant sometimes I just don't know. Sometimes at night I see things in the hallway, just a flicker of movement or a shadow moving fast. Some nights you can even tell if it's here or not.
Now things are getting kind of... Hostile and annoying. It bangs on stuff when I'm the only one home, it scares my dog out of my room and things go missing all the time only to appear on my bed. Recently I got really frustrated when something went missing and yelled some sort of obscenity at him. Moments later my computer sparked and died and hasn't turned on since. That was scary.
But today something happened which prompted me to get on here and look for help. Before I mention it I will explain the situation. In my room, I have multiple power boards for my television and computer (God rest his soul). The only rational explanation I can come up with for this is that on one particular plug, whatever is plugged in can become loose and come out slightly. Now everyone knows that even if you touch around something plugged in which is slightly ajar, it probably won't electrecute you (or maybe I'm stupid). Basically I was fiddling with my HDMI cord and sat up and got the biggest electric shock I've ever had in my life.
This shock gave me heartburn for a moment, triggered an adrenaline rush and caused me to drop my brand new coffee mug and watch it shatter into a million peices. I looked across the room and saw that the cord had been completely ripped out of the power board and that it had been ripped out so violently that the end had fallen off and the cabels were frayed out. I'm not one to normally get shocked but it wasn't a nine volt battery that's for darn sure. It was weird because the cable which I assume shocked me was on the other side of the room??
My father, who is an electrician said that I was lucky I didn't get stuck holding or touching whatever shocked me because then I could've really been in trouble.
I have plenty more recent experiences with this thing but it's just too much to write here.
Is this thing trying to hurt me now, and did it mess with the cable today?? What do I do? Please respond asap. I'm fu%#ing terrified because this happens every day.
