I have been playing around and we have a new theme, it can be found under the "Change Theme" tab It is named "Dark Knight2" if you want to change back to the default theme that is called "(Paradox Import)".

I HATE working on themes
other than an occasional tweak I only does it about once every 10 years when the old themes just look embarrassing or are too old to werk with new updates.
