Never seen it, but a quick Google search comes up with this.
"Because of this, she takes her life, without giving answers of the afterlife. The only thing she said was "keep doubting", which possibly means that the "doubt" of what comes after death, keeps humans alive without instantly killing themselves, and "doubt" gives life a meaning."

A Journey into Light and Shadow. A place where the line is blurred between both worlds.
Nothing is as it seems. Shadow doesn't always mean evil and light doesn't always mean divine.

I haven't watch the whole movie either but from what I watched my understanding of the movie is, the afterlife is such a mystery and it is meant to remain a secret! They reckon it is a disturbing movie to watch
if you read some of the reviews!

Flatliners was good as well but got really cheesy at the end.
