Oh I don't really care what I'm drinking. Somedays I like it to sting, some days I like little umbrellas in it.
But my favorite drink really has to be Long Island Iced Teas.

Usually a Heineken. But a duvel or anyother drank beer is fine with me

Tom Collins, Amaretto Sour...or just a nice cold beer. I especially like dark beers or pub ales.

Ginger beer isn't alcoholic (not any kinds that I'm familiar with anyway)... it's not bad... like combining ginger ale and rootbeer -- a little strange but tasty nonetheless.
I don't drink so I couldn't really say what my fav beverage is... but bottoms up to you all anyway!

Pina Colada, Amaretto Sour, Mother Pucker (Apple pucker and Sprite, YUMMY), frozen rattlesnake........Amaretto slammer..........or even a good old cold bud lite.
I also love cinnamon schnapps, Hot D@#$, chased by Pepsi.
Not really much of a drinker, but do have my favorites if I am going to Karaoke, which is rare anymore.

i always liked rum punches because you can't really taste the alcohol, but barcardi and diet coke isn't bad with a lime.
flaming dr peppers amaze me.
course i've never been much of a drinker, which i suppose is odd for a bar/nightclub owner.
