This is one place that has always fascinated me, hearing about how 100s if not thousands of people go to that Forrest each and never come back only to be discovered months or even years later dead by apparent suicide.

It just makes you wonder how haunted that place really is, and what draws people there to kill themselves.

If anybody has pictures or more information on The Suicide Forrest  please feel free to post it on here.

It's not that it draws people there to kill themselves, so much as "people who want to kill themselves, choose that location so as to just 'dissappear' and not be a burden to their families."

Japan's suicide forest is called Aokigahara forest, otherwise known as the sea of trees. It is said that the "Tradition" of suicide in that forest started with those who had apparently dishonored their family, were not welcomed in that family. Japan is known for often strict families. Those who dishonored committed suicide in the dense forest. it is said that the spirits of the deceased follow visitors or even possess them to drive them to the suicide. Another interesting fact, is that aokigahara is the densest forest in the world shutting out all forest sounds and often most light in the deepest parts. if one should get lost, one should be most isolated. causing insanity. Whether you believe in the possession or not, it sure makes an interesting knowledge base.

My Boyfriend and I made plans to visit that forest together. because it is one of, if not, THE most haunted place on earth. we both have very sparked interest in Japan's Culture.

I'd suggest just using one account or the other. Change the password on the one you want to keep.  Hehe with 2 accounts we wouldn't know if it's you or your demon brother posting!

I got curious about this Aokigahara forest (Suicide Forest) in Japan after I've seen several posts about it recently involving a Youtuber seeing a dead man hanging.

I just heard about that tonight from my granddaughter. She said he got a lot of flak for the video and pulled it off YouTube.

He was filming the body and laughing, that caused the majority of the backlash...understandably so
