Just a couple....  Our big vacation when we drove around the country for 2 months...This is emerald bay...Lake Tahoe

This is last year when I got to meet my cousin and hid girlfriend from England when they came out for a trip to NM.  They had a party and it was "Merica themed.  I was a redneck sporting the mullet, torn off shirt sleeves and camo shorts :-)

Yeah, it was a very boring day ^_^

I do shipping and receiving (by computer) at a warehouse.  The security company I work for (as seen on my shirt) is more like a staffing company, because we do other things besides security like what I do.  It's a pretty interesting job and the pay isn't bad :)

Jim, the blond put my hand there, not me. :)
By the way, you've got the wrong man. I'm on a mission from God.
Vlawde, you got it! I'm Jake's cousin. The Peter Gunn Theme should have been a dead give-away.

I have been away from the computer, and sometimes away from the internet, a lot this summer ( 2016 ). I will be away again a few times before the summer is over. I haven't had a lot of time for my internet endeavors, so I haven't been on this site very much. I am retired, so my "work" is pretty much just doing the best photography I can with the equipment I have. It is all I am doing at the moment.

Because of physical restrictions ( being "old" for the most part ) I was forced to give up carrying good quality, heavy DSLR equipment and so have moved to a small sensor "bridge-type" camera that is light and easy to work with. I have been concentrating on bird photography for the local nature group here and so I decided to get the longest zoom of this type of camera that I could get, and so ended up with an 83X zoom model that seems to be working well for what I need at the moment. All of the images posted in this message, except for the ones of me, were taken with that camera.

I like to do a variety of photography types and so I have included some examples from the different kinds I do ( birds, nature, scenery, macro, etc. ). People and portraits are my least done type of photography and so I have no good examples of that to show.

This is me "at work" ...

Some examples of my images this summer. There are a lot, but if you don't have time for them all just click a few random ones.
