This story was told to me by my cousin's adopted daughter.  I found it quite interesting and also going hummmmm....at the same time

She states that when she was with her biological parents this happened.

Mom brought a small kitten home.  It was a ball of fluff and very small.  She played with the kitten on the bed.  Her mom called her and she went to see what she wanted.  They were the only 2 home.

A few minutes later they both came back into the room and there was a pile of ashes where the cat had been asleep and a note on parchment paper that said......you're next.

I am still trying to wrap my head around this story and figure it out.  This child looked me in the face and swore it happened.  It sounds like a weird story to make up.

So a few weeks later dad brings a kitten home.  It was climbing up the curtains.  There was a loud crash in the other room.  They went to see what it was.  They came back and the kitten was gone.  it vanished.  No windows or doors were open.  They never did find it.

Umm.... ok that's terrifying. I quite honestly am at a loss as to what to say or even suggest. I've never seen or heard of anything like this before.

Did they take a picture of the remains after the cats demise? That would make it more believable.

If this was a random story on from a random person from the web...then I would say ya right.  But, Amethyst spoke to the girl face to face.  I am sure that she would have picked up on the tales if the your girl was lying.  I have to believe Amethysts opinion on this one.

Jim as far as I know no pictures were taken.  This young girl was slightly wringing her hands and was a bit nervous recalling this story.

Had I just read this on the internet I would have thought, yeah, right like Louczar said.  But I know this young lady to be truthful.

I am still stumped by the note......that throws me.

How long ago did this happen? And have there been anymore threats against the lady that received the note?

They were in a bad situation.  Sisters were taken from the home and adopted by my cousin because both parents were heroin addicts.  This was maybe 5 years ago.  The girl was small but states just she and her mom were home alone at the time and only left the room for a few minutes.  Nobody got in or out.

This girl is extremely intuitive and can pick up on the spirit world.

i don't think its surprising that something happened in such a home - a lot of bad traumatic things happening in that space. a strange manifestation for sure.

Amethyst could the girl be remembering the note correctly, she was young, was she old enough to read?  Or was it something she was told was written in the note by her mother?

What about the biological parents are they still in contact with their children?
