Nah.  I'm fat and happy.  Even something gross won't make me put aside dinner.

Nice try though skinny minny!! :P

I was in advanced advanced anatomy back in the 90s at UPenn...made the rookie mistake of having a cheeseburger for lunch prior to quartering a human head.

Yes, they DO have barf bags in anat. labs.

I should get out my old notebooks and texts. That might help as a diet aide?

Was it just because you had to do it, or seeing it, or was there maybe a noxious odour?

Well, the notebooks and texts probably don't have lots of calories, but i think the taste and texture would be a problem.

I don't have much to add except I agree you are eating WAY too little calories.  Your body is clinging to every last pound as it'll be in starvation mode.  For a healthy diet you really shouldn't go below 1200.

I probably can't be much help but i know the older you get the harder it is to lose weight plus females lose weight slower than males.

I did the atkins diet last year for three months and got to my goal weight of 58kg i had a loss of 12kg in three months. All i can say is never again i had to stay on induction to lose weight which meant not much variety.I did feel really good though and my health improved but i couldnt stay eating that way forever and ended up going back to regular eating ive put some weight back on but not all.

anyway good luck.

I am pretty good... I work as a perioperative nurse we cut off a lot of disgusting and purified pieces of peoples anatomy... you learn to breathe through your mouth. I have no problem with eating... ever! LOL.  I love my meat rare and my mouth salivates when I work in ortho and the surgeon cuts the top of the femur and the blood leaches through the bone :)
