A Ghost Photo From 13 Years Ago

While the description seems kind of fishy, and that the photo itself looks to be one of those "Too good to be true" scenario's, I've suspected that the photograph might be a hoax. But if it is in fact genuine, it is the most incredible piece of ghost photography ever taken. Reverse image searches of the picture show that is has been reposted on a few non-English websites, and it always had the ghoststudy.com watermark. No other version of this picture exists, and there is certainly nothing to indicate that it was hoaxed.
Does anyone have any information regarding this photo? It has fascinated me for years, and I just want to know anything more about it, no matter how small.

This is the first time I'm seeing this photo. To me it looks more like a piece of artwork. I wish we had more info, like the name of the asylum.

I remember this one... I still get chills when I look at it. I would categorize this photo as a residual haunting in the place it was taken. I'm hoping the energy that was caught in the photo is no longer present, because the spirits obviously seem uneasy and/or frightened.
Thanks for sharing, Mozz

I'm seeing that, too. It's possible that the person who took the photo signed it for copyright reasons.

I didn't consider that the photo might be a poster, but as I look closer I can certainly see the possibility of it being a piece of artwork. I guess the question now is, if it is artwork, what is the original source, and where did it come from.

Summary I posted 13 years ago on GhostStudy.com
I received this picture in an email many months ago but unfortunately the email was lost.
We just happened to save the picture so I am posting it this month for all to view. I don't remember how the
story went exactly, but I do remember this picture was taken in an abandoned Insane Asylum. I believe the
photo was taken of an attractive mural but when the film was developed, this showed up instead. The person
that took the picture was chilled to the bone after seeing what appeared in place of the mural. She eventually
took this photo to work and posted it on a bulletin board for all her friends and colleagues to see. This photo
has made it's rounds as you can see by the crumpled edges and tape.

I agree, Mozz... and it's sad that we can't have all the facts. Apparently, I'm the only one that received it in an email back then and I neglected to follow through.
