I'm not sure if count as a paranormal ability or just I've experienced too much in life. I just can sense where things are going and what's going to happen.I'm also very observant of everything around so this could be chalked up as I just pay attention really well and just know because I've probably seen it a thousand time what a person or thing is going to do in a situation. It's too close to call at this moment.I once in awhile close my eyes once in awhile and just see random images. I noticed it's usually if I meditate or after I wake up and close my eyes.This is a fairly new occurrence that has started within the last year though.I've started looking into all different religions Buddhism and paganism mostly.

My intuition is very high and I am hard to surprise at times. I was told my intuition saved me once as a child. We had gone to the beach and I was asked if I wanted to go on a ride and had said no to it. There was an accident on that ride soon after and a woman died from what I remember.

I also may have felt someone die before its a sensitive story to tell because it was my grandfather. I have not told anyone else about it yet really.

A few years ago I was told I am Clairaudient and Clairsentient.

It's not a secret as I have posted here before but....

1) Pre birth memories of family / loved ones / past? future

2) Visited by 3 Aliens for the period of age maybe 3 - 16 years approx

3) Ghost sighting over approx 3 month period in my early teenage years with other witnesses. Mostly day sightings but once at night (nothing before or since)

4) Visions of future numbers / price of interests in Gold Silver and Bitcoin - has proved very handy

5) Intuition seems very high

6) Otherwise nothing to report out of what might be considered normal

I have no idea what keeps me sane and grounded

Are the dead people you see random or can you call a certain person?

How do you notice they are different than the living?

Well let's see...

    I have the uncanny ability to scare people without trying. I guess you can call it stealth, lol. Usually their reaction scares me in turn as I didn't expect to scare them. This was most noticeable with my roommates over the years. Its actually ridiculous. Sometimes funny. Sometimes irritating.

On a more serious note, I see things people are going to say or do ahead of time to the detail.
It is commonly said my timing is unbelievable and even scary when I reach out to people. I seem to feel they are in distress or feeling despair, but in this case, I never know details. Its like receiving someone's "S.O.S".
My dad let me know for some reason this past weekend that when I was 10, I woke up from a dead sleep at 3 in the morning holding my chest and telling my dad that mom was gone and my heart won't stop hurting. He said three minutes later, my sister called to let us know mom had passed. I have not had that happen again. I had blocked out this memory entirely. I remember I was standing up at the foot of my dads bed when my sister called, but it never occurred to me that this was a strange place for a memory to start.
Seems like I have read that our thoughts have a frequency, like a radio wave. It would make sense that I know what I know because I am doing something all humans have the capability of doing. It would also explain the real and studied phenomena that we sense when we are being stared it...sorry, just thinking out loud, lol
There are other abilities but I will leave it at that

I can see slight aura on objects when I'm fully engaged in silent mediation.  

Lucid dreaming, I consider a psychic ability.

As far as paranormal knowledge, that comes from articles and books I've read.

I don't know exactly what the proper terms are for (what I think) are my abilities. Here goes.
I get a specific feeling when someone passes.... 1st a few hours before, they are on mind very strongly. The instance I see them in my mind, I know they are gone. It is almost like say you have invisible circles around you - not many - just 2. The 1st circle is very close to your body like a hoola hoop around your midsection -between your chest and your waist. The 2nd circle is double the width but at the same level. If it's someone I am very close to it feels like they are in the circle closest to me. ie immediate family or a person that I know I can trust with my darkest secret, someone I love.. The 2nd circle comes in say if it's a person that I really care about but do not have that same bond. I always look to see what time it is and so far TOD has matched. A few times I have this overwhelming almost burdened feeling of giving a complete stranger a message. It gets heavier until I do and then instantly is gone. Each person has always teared up and hugged me saying thank you and I go on about my business. Sometimes I just get what I can only call a 'knowing' like I am immediately handed some kind of knowledge re many things/situations/people. I never doubt it I just know it's true - that guides me. Then lastly if I walk in a place I can sense a presence ie gentle male or female spirit watching over what once was theirs before passing and now protects it, or maybe an extremely angry, hostile presence male or female feeling as if they were wronged and something was taken from them. Say restaurant, bar, office building or home. That's pretty much it, I don't see anything, but I'd love to experience that even once.

I had always wanted to see or hear something when I was ready but now I am humbled to have an experience chosen for me. I alway think of the saying "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear" or whatever that saying is LOL

This is pretty deep for me to share.... ever since my brother ended his life, I do feel his presence with me a lot.

I feel like he's trying to contact my family a lot because he regrets his decision and feels awful. My mother has told me on many occasions she has seen him and felt him with her.

I feel he is telling you to be kind to yourselves. Unfortunately, he had a mental illness and at the time didn't realise or care how it would affect those closest to him. Once he passed he would have been able to see how it affected you guys. It was never something you or anyone else could change; it was always his decision!

You might be able to look and see tell tale signs but know it was nothing you could change. I know it isn't a nice thought, but he was ready to go home otherwise he would have found the help he needed here. I feel the message he is try to pass on is it wasn't anyone's fault, not even his, his mind was unwell!

I too will keep you in my thoughts.

I'm just going to copy and paste some of my bio from my online blog here.
Clairvoyant, clairaudient, precognition, astral projection, remote viewing, psychic drawing and writing and psychokinetic (I drain electrical and also affect it, sometimes it goes up in flames. mri and ct scans make me ill and cause chronic vertigo and frontal lobe pain and pressure. its a rare side effect for some people.) A form of mediumship (its a life long deal), I think some psychometry.
Later on in life in my early 20s was asking if I wanted to take shamanism path by my mentor due to amount and kind of gifts I have. I am first nations so I decided to see if it was for me. Turns out it was. And when I look back since my childhood with that worked and didn't for me with different beings it seemed it was a part of my life without me knowing.
Also would like to note: I've never done drugs. I can get into a strong state by smells like lavender, water and cedar. Also being in my element water.

I may or may not be psychic. If I am, then I believe I would describe myself as an "un-attuned", or "scattershot", as I have multiple apparent abilities but no real control or specialization. I seem to get words stuck in my head, once it was the word spinal dystrophy, and later that day I talked to someone who said they were suffering from that exact condition. I can apparently sense some emotion and especially when someone is trying to "psychic poke" me, by which they are looking at me and wiggling their fingers or something because they've realized I pick up on it. Sensing this and some other things is usually felt across my back, just under my neck. Most often I would think of an episode of a Simpsons, and soon after Id turn on the TV and that episode would be playing

I seem to interfere with electronics to some degree, this seems to run in the family but skips a few generations. Its worse when we are younger but tapers off as we get older. I still can't wear electronic watches since it kills cheapo watches and knocks out the heartbeat sensor on my current test-smartwatch. I can hold my finger about an inch away from people's hands and they can feel a force pulling across their skin as I move my finger, a point about the size of a pencil eraser.

I see something around people and objects that resembles an aura, but is colorless and acts more like a magnetic fog that follows them. It may be my imagination but it sometimes appears that the fog connects between nearby people, if not people with a relation to one and another. This seems to be always-on, but I mostly ignore it and it's subtle enough that I can ignore it most of the time. I also seem to see a 10th of an inch wide aura-like thing on my own arms and other people when I'm up close. I can't perceive any kind of purpose or information from it, its just there. While observing my sibling once, I saw a solid black blotchy rectangle form, starting just above the head and forming downward as if to cover and censor what I was seeing. The sight of it appearing jarred me just a bit, and seemed to cause me to lose sight of it about as quickly as it appeared. I believe I had heard of these censor bars beforehand in paranormal communities, from people with aura vision that say they function indeed as a censorship for people they do not have permission to view or are protected for divine reasons. This might mean I have the potential to see true paranormal auras, but as far as I know I have never actually seen one other than the clear fog.

I have seen multiple paranormal entities, mostly things I call extradimensionals, or ethereals. I have not seen any human ghosts or cryptids while awake, but I have had numerous dreams, particularly with a beloved pet, where I recognized and knew they were dead, and were visiting me. I did not always know I was in a dream, but I "knew" they were dead. These could just be dreams, although they are often very vivid. I also seem to be gaining more and more "powers" in my dreams, presuming I did see their living selves from the other side, then maybe there is more significance to these dreams and my growing power over them?

The extradimensionals have mostly been translucent entities, like a blue mass with a tentacle that whacked me across the face while lying down in bed and was retreating when I opened my eyes  out of surprise. I was sitting on a couch one day when I realized a small translucent white skinny creature was grooming itself right next to me ever so causally, it's torso sticking out of the seat's back. It took me a bit to realize it was there and watch it out of the corner of my eyes just long enough to realize what it was, freak out and jump off the sofa. When I looked back it was gone. The most disturbing "entity" I've seen was a glowing image of an alien maybe 4 inches tall that left an afterimage in my eyes on each of the three times I saw it staring at me from my closet. It seemed to broadcast fear right into me.

I have seen other things when I've woken up, mostly clear objects that fade away after a moment. I believe them to be leftovers from my dreams. On one occasion, one stayed in the middle of my room for a longer than usual, and appeared to be pointed at me, observing me. It did not fade away until I said "I can see you." with a slight tone of accusation. As it faded, it's exact appearance seemed to dissolve from my mind much the way a dream does. Another occasion I saw a tiny head turn around and float away. Once it was a 4 inch image of a man riding a bicycle All of these appeared to be made of a translucent white material.

I opened up my third eye a few years ago and since than, a lot of strange things has been happening. Not many people believe me though or think I am crazy. There's been a few times where I questioned myself because even I was thinking to myself, "What just happened?" I've seen Orbs, Shadow People, Auras, Lucid Dreams that has came true, astral projection.
