Would You Believe A Priest?

I had this thought the other day after watching a TV.
A priest at a church. Would you trust the Priest?
If yes, then if the Priest tells you God spoke to him, would you believe the Priest?
If yes, then the Priest tells you that God told him to kill unbelievers, would you believe the Priest?
If no, then please explain why?
If yes, and the Priest does the act and is arrested. In court the Priest has to swear on the Bible and he tells the courtroom that God told him to do it. Would the jurors believe the Priest and find him not Guilty.

In the end this kind of thing is where "trust" becomes a question of belief in particular what is stronger their belief in the faith, the priest or themselves/moral values etc.. The same would be true for the juror situation though I don't think swearing on a bible changes anything.

A priest at a church. Would you trust the Priest? - I'd need to know that person for a very long time before I'd really trust him.
If yes, then if the Priest tells you God spoke to him, would you believe the Priest? - Possibly, again I'd really need to know him/her before I could give a reasonable answer.
If yes, then the Priest tells you that God told him to kill unbelievers, would you believe the Priest? - No way, I wouldn't believe it on God's good green Earth.
If no, then please explain why? - There is no reason to kill unbelievers. IMO, that type of thinking is sick and twisted, that would be no different than what Hitler did.
If yes, and the Priest does the act and is arrested. In court the Priest has to swear on the Bible and he tells the courtroom that God told him to do it. Would the jurors believe the Priest and find him not Guilty. - There is no way that anyone with even a mote of sanity, would condone that kind of slaughter, just because a person doesn't believe in the same God you do.

Anyone who tells me to do anything bad to another would be in the Dont Trust column.
If the priest killed someone...how could the jury find him not guilty? Even if God told him to do it...It's still murder.
Life is short, enjoy it!
