Getting so grossed out by a chicken organ while munching on chicken skin and flesh that he had to take a few days off from work? Bit of a drama queen.

I would have taken it to the manager and gotten a refund.

People eat innards all the time. Being from England he's probably eaten kidney pie, black (blood) pudding, maybe haggis.

I've gotten those before at Col Sanders and I eat them when I make chicken at home. I don't get the big deal

Well, if it's an actual brain, I would have a big problem with it.

Most of the other articles I've read on this say it's a kidney.

BLAUGH! I AM NOT AN ORGAN-EATER!

When I eat fried chicken I want chicken meat and yummy coating!

Even if eating a chicken Kidney/Organ/Whatever is normal, it's NOT for me. Gross.

The only time I'm willing to eat organs is if it is a natural casing on a charbroiled hot dog.

Ooh, Blood Pudding, yummy. My Da used to get it from the British importers. He'd cut it up into slices and fry them. He and I were the only ones who would eat it. My Mom would have to leave the room while he and I ate it.

My dad and I used to eat Polish blood sausage called kiszka. Neither my mother or my sister would try it. Next time I'm in NewYork I'll have to stop on the Polish store and get some.
