Unfortunately, there are shortcomings when uploading any image onto Paranormal Soup. All EXIF data is stripped making it difficult to ascertain details on shutter speed, ISO, aperture and other settings.
What I can tell you is you have mixed color temperatures in light produced from the tube and the candle light ranging from blue from the neon above 6000 degrees Kelvin and 2000 degrees Kelvin produced by the illumination of the candle flame.
Our eyes adjust to mixed lighting much better than cameras. The majority of dedicated cameras have the ability to adjust color temperature for color accuracy.
In my portrait studio I have lights that only fluctuate 100K between shots. I still use a ColorChecker Passport to ensure skin tone accuracy.
Here's another great example of mixed lighting. The outdoor light filtering through the entrance and the artificial light illuminating the passageway produce two different color ranges. There are no adjustments made in camera here. Our eyes will not see it the same way a camera does.
Another significant attribute to this image is chromatic aberration, also known as color fringing a very common optical problem. It becomes noticeable because lens dispersion of different wavelengths travelling at different speeds through a lens. Images can look blurred or have noticeable colored edges (red, yellow, blue purple, green or magenta) especially in HIGH-CONTRAST situations. The corners of the lens are normally the most affected.
The image taken before that demonstrate characteristics differently isn’t uncommon. You would have to tripod mount your iPhone to ensure positioning on all axis were duplicated.
